UI/UX Executive

As a UI/UX Design Intern at INGSOL, you will have the exciting opportunity to join our passionate and talented team. Your main responsibility will be to assist in various stages of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, UX design, maintaining design systems, collaboration with different teams, testing, and staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies. You will engage in user research activities to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Using design tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, or similar tools, you will create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize user interfaces and experiences. Your role will involve designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring consistency across different platforms. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, collaborate with product managers and developers, conduct usability testing, and gather user feedback for continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should have a strong proficiency in design tools, a deep understanding of UX principles such as user-centered design and information architecture, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong visual design skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective collaboration skills are essential. A robust portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects will be a key requirement.
