Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive- male with a strong background in the IT/software domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients, manage proposals, and support negotiation processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to design and implement customized business strategies.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and generate periodic performance reports.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote business offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA or B.Tech in Software / IT or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation within the IT/software industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of international business operations and cross-border client engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to convert leads into business opportunities.
