Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company, your role will involve generating new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru. You will work on lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations to clients, collaborating with the technical team to understand project requirements, and aligning client expectations. Your negotiation skills will be crucial in handling closures and client follow-ups to ensure smooth project execution. Meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets and contributing to business growth will also be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru. - Work on lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. - Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients. - Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and align client expectations. - Handle negotiations, closures, and client follow-ups to ensure smooth project execution. - Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Qualifications Required: - 13 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales. - Strong exposure to Python, AI/ML technologies, and Web Development projects. - Prior experience working on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru is a must. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. - Ability to build long-term relationships and manage client accounts independently.
