Job Description

We are looking for a confident, modern, and bold female candidate who is also loyal, honest, and career-focused. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our financial services business across India. This role involves business growth, client handling, team recruitment, and frequent business travel with relocation opportunities. Key Responsibilities:- Drive business expansion in loans, insurance, investments, and credit card services. Travel to new cities for client acquisition and market development. Recruit, train, and manage local business development teams. Handle client meetings, business presentations, and negotiations. Achieve monthly business targets with attractive incentives. Eligibility:- Minimum Qualification: Graduation (MBA/BBA/Commerce preferred). Experience: 0–3 years in Sales / Business Development / Finance (Freshers with confidence are welcome). Strong communication skills (Hindi + Basic English). Must be willing to travel and relocate across India. Personality traits: Bold, frank, honest, loyal, ambitious.
