Job Description

Role & responsibilities Acquire new customers and clients, ensuring effective lead conversion to sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior designers, driving consistent sales. Develop and implement sales plans, overseeing all sales activities. Meet sales targets set by company on monthly basis. Highlight the unique features of the product to potential customers, ensuring successful deal closures. Maintain regular updates on the sales pipeline in the CRM and provide any additional reports as required by the reporting manager. Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities. Preferred candidate profile Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software Experience in B2B sales and preferably from interior industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Any Graduate or Post Graduate. Candidates from other industries having flair for field sales are welcome.
