We arent looking for specialists; were looking for closer. As a Business Development Executive, you will manage a particular portfolio of products.

This isn't just a calling job; its a role for a closer who can sell an insurance policy or manage a high-value E-commerce brand or counsel and onboard a student.

Portfolios - Insurance ** EdTech ** Seller Onboarding (E-commerce)

Location || Qualification || Experience || Language Requirement: -

1. BTM Layout

   || Any 12th passed fresher / experience || Good communication skills in English and Kannada.

2. Shivaji Nagar

   || Any MBA pass out Fresher / Experience or Graduate with 1 year of experience in Sales || Fluency in English and Hindi.

3. MG Road, Trinity Circle

   || Any Graduate with experience in Sales || Fluency in English and Hindi.

Salary: -

1. BTM Layout

   - 20k to 33k CTC (Subject to Experience and Last Drawn)

2. Shivaji Nagar

   - 25k to 30k CTC (Subject to Experience and Last Drawn)

3. MG Road, Trinity Circle

   - 39k to 46k CTC (Subject to Experience and Last Drawn)

Interview Mode -

• Insurance & Seller Onboarding (E-commerce)

  - Walk-in Only

• EdTech

  - Walk-in / Virtual

Age Limit - Max. 30

Key Responsibilities

• Insurance Sales:

  Act as a trusted advisor, simplifying complex Life/Health/General insurance products for individual clients. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead conversion to policy issuance.

• Edtech Counseling:

  Drive enrollments for professionals and students for higher education programs. You will consult with prospective learners to align their career goals with the company's educational offerings.

• E-commerce Key Account Management:

  Create / Manage and grow relationships with high-value sellers/brands. Your goal is to optimize their performance on the company's platform, negotiate contract renewals, and identify upselling opportunities for logistics or advertising services.
