Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age: 18 years
  • Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)• Clear speech, confidence, and customer-handling ability required• Candidates must be comfortable with voice interaction• Immediate joiners preferred

Working Conditions

• Working days and weekly offs depend on the selected process
  • Shift timings will be rotational (as per process)• Cab facility will be provided based on process and shift requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests effectively• Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions• Maintain service quality, compliance, and productivity standards• Document customer interactions in internal systems• Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience

Salary Details (In-Hand)

Noida
• 15,000 to 30,000 (based on experience and process)

Greater Noida
• 19,000 to 25,000

Gurgaon
• 17,000 to 26,000

(Final compensation will depend on interview performance and process allocation.)
