Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive who specializes in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and client communication,. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling international clients and generating consistent business across multiple technologies.

Key Responsibilities => Lead Generation & Bidding

• Identify and generate leads through Upwork.
• Search, shortlist, and bid on relevant projects across:
• Web Development (PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, MERN/MEAN)
• Mobile App Development (iOS, Android, React Native)
• Draft customized, high-quality proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Maintain consistency in daily bidding and lead generation targets.

Client Communication & Deal Closure

• Handle client messages on Upwork .
• Understand project requirements and prepare accurate estimations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia).

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project understanding and handover.
• Maintain records of leads, proposals, and conversions using CRM or internal tools.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with consistent performance.

Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a BDE/Bidder in an IT company.
• Proven track record in Upwork lead generation and project closing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements across multiple technologies.
• Strong negotiation and client-handling capabilities.
• Good understanding of IT services, and project scopes.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
