Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with 3+ years of proven expertise in sales, client acquisition, and business growth. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, deliver impactful sales presentations, and achieve revenue targets. You will play a key role in driving market expansion, strengthening client partnerships, and positioning Sekel Technologies as a preferred SaaS solution provider.

Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development:Identify, research, and target new business opportunities across relevant industries.Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and client meetings.Conduct presentations, product demos, and customized pitches to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.2. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.Understand client pain points and position Sekels SaaS solutions to address their business needs.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets and industries.Explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing accounts.4. Market Research & Insights:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams for strategy alignment.5. Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates for management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.3+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS, IT, Martech, or Digital Solutions.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at all levels.Familiarity with SaaS-based platforms and digital marketing concepts is an advantage.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office/Excel for reporting.
