Role & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative at H2LooP.ai, you will be responsible for driving outbound prospecting and lead generation across global enterprise accounts. You will identify target customers in industries like automotive, telecom, consumer electronics, networking, and IoT, execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, and book qualified meetings with decision-makers such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Architects. You will manage your sales pipeline using tools like Pipedrive, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, track metrics for predictability, and collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to refine go-to-market strategy and messaging.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has 1- 3 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, AI, or deep-tech business development, with a proven track record of engaging technical decision-makers and generating high-quality opportunities. You are proficient in outbound tools and CRM platforms, skilled at research and account mapping, and comfortable selling into complex technical domains. A hunter mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to grow into an Account Executive or Enterprise Sales role are essential. Prior experience in domains like automotive, IoT, or semiconductors is an added advantage.
