Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Identify target markets, industries, and companies to focus on for sales growth.
  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of leads by networking, attending events, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to develop strategies for converting leads into paying customers.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in Business Development or related field (B2B sales).
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly over phone/email/in-person meetings.
