Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred in Fragrance / Chemical industry)
Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

· Handle existing customer accounts and ensure timely order follow-up and delivery.

· Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

· Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the R&D and production teams for sample development.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Maintain and update the customer database and sales reports.

· Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events related to fragrances.

· Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Required Skills:

· Good communication and negotiation skills.

· Strong product knowledge of fragrances, essential oils, and aroma chemicals.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

· Customer-focused approach and problem-solving attitude.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
