Job Title: Purchase Executive (Female/ Male) Experience : 2–5 Years Department: Procurement / Purchase Industry: Any Industry Key Responsibilities: · Manage daily purchase activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies. · Source and evaluate new vendors and suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms. · Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best rates and payment terms. · Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and maintain purchase records. · Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice and payment processing. · Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. · Maintain proper documentation of quotations, PO, GRN, and invoices. · Assist in maintaining inventory levels by coordinating with the store and production departments. · Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards. · Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
