Are you passionate about guiding learners and driving impact in the EdTech space? We are looking for Business Development Executives (Inside Sales) and Senior Business Development Executives to join our team in Bangalore (Silk Board, Onsite).
🔹 What We Offer:
• Salary:
• BDE: Up to ₹25,000/month (Fresher – 1 yr exp.)
• Sr. BDE: Up to ₹35,000/month (1+ yr exp.)
• Monthly Incentives: Unlimited
• Annual Bonus: ₹40,000
• Fast-track growth to Team Lead in 12–15 months
• Work with India’s most trusted online course platform
• Mentorship from IIT & IIM alumni
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Connect with learners and understand their career goals
• Recommend suitable online programs (MBA, MCA, MSc, MTech, etc.)
• Conduct consultative sales via calls, WhatsApp & email (all leads provided)
• Maintain CRM & achieve weekly/monthly targets
🔹 Who We’re Looking For:
• Graduates with strong English communication skills
• Fluency in Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada is a plus
• Passion for sales, counselling & EdTech
• Willing to work onsite, Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
