Freelance Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients who require recruitment or manpower support
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and referrals
  • Pitch our recruitment services (tech & non-tech hiring, contract, permanent, bulk hiring)
  • Schedule meetings, give presentations, and close new business deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Provide regular updates on progress and client acquisition status

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Fluency in

    English

  • Ability to work independently as a freelancer
  • Should be based in

    Tamil Nadu

    or have strong connections in the region
