Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities, pipeline updates, and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in client review meetings and provide insights on market trends and business growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Client Engagement, or Account Management.
  • Prior experience in a BPO, Call Center, or Inside Sales environment is an advantage.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
