Business Development Executive Job description

The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships , and effectively utilizing bidding platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer to secure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Website/Mobile App development and digital marketing services , as well as the ability to communicate effectively with international clients .

Key

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through bidding platforms such as Upwork , Freelancer, and others.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs) with well-crafted proposals that highlight our expertise and value.

Conduct follow-up emails and calls with prospective clients addressing their questions and concerns.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Provide weekly reports on sales activities and challenges to the Business

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field

Strong knowledge of Website/Mobile App development and digital marketing (SEO, SMO, PPC) services.

Knowledge with bidding platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach .

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
