Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups). Help maintain and update employee records , attendance, and HR databases. Coordinate onboarding and induction formalities for new employees. Support HR team in conducting employee engagement activities . Assist in drafting policies, letters, and HR documentation . Manage job portal activities (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala). Support performance tracking and basic HR analytics. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations. Skills Required Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, compliance)
