Business Development Executive - Project Sales

You should possess a Master's degree in Business or a related field along with 3 to 4 years of experience in business development or sales within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Turnkey Projects Industry. It is essential to have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills are required, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and having the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also crucial attributes for this role. As a Business Development Executive (BDE) - Project Sales, your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, working on Designing & Solution expert, SITC & turnkey projects, and building strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders. You will be expected to create and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets, conduct market research and analysis, and prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts. Negotiating and closing deals, collaborating with internal teams for project execution, monitoring key sales metrics and market trends, and staying updated with industry developments are also part of your responsibilities.
