Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Business Development Executive located in Kolkata. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and researching market trends to develop effective sales strategies. The role also entails preparing proposals, participating in sales meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in market research and developing business strategies
• Proven ability to prepare proposals, analyze market trends, and identify business opportunities
• Knowledge of the printing industry and related machinery is advantageous
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred
