Location: MumbaiExperience: 3-5 years (sports infrastructure experience is a bonus)Work Days: Monday to Saturday About Us: We are PadelPark, and we are on a mission to make Padel the next big thing in India! We are shaking up the sports world with our state-of-the-art padel courts, branded centers, and franchise opportunities. We also run the Indian Padel Academy to nurture raw talent, and we are about to launch the Indian Padel League it is going to be a game-changer! With 14 courts across Mumbai, Bangalore, and beyond, we are growing fast, and we need someone like you to help us scale to new heights.Whats the Role? You'll be the sales superstar, driving Sky Padel Court sales and owning the entire process from pitch to perfect court delivery. Your hustle will fuel our expansion and make Padel a household name across India!Here is what you will be diving into:Sky Padel Sales: Hunt down and close deals for Sky Padel Court installations across India.End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to court delivery. Client Relationship Maestro: Build & maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations. Proposal Powerhouse: Craft compelling proposals and presentations that seal the deal.Coordination King/Queen: Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Market Maverick: Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Sales Strategy Ninja: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.What We Are Looking For:Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (sales/business focused preferred).Experience: 3-5 years in sales/business development (sports infrastructure sales a huge bonus!).Skills:Sales Superstar: Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.Communication Champ: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Relationship Rockstar: Ability to build rapport & maintain strong client relationships.
