Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the manufacturing sector in Noida
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Develop and pitch customized staffing solutions to meet client needs
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of staffing services
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, competitor activity, and client needs.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment in the manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and staffing services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
