Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and assess their accounting software needs. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and present tailored solutions that align with Online Munim's offerings. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, striving to close deals that are beneficial for both the client and Online Munim. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Provide regular reports and forecasts to management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in software solutions or IT services. Experience in the accounting or financial software sector is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
