About the Role:

Online Bidder / Business Development Executive


Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bidding on Upwork and other freelancing portals (Freelancer, Guru, PPH, etc.)
  • Writing effective and personalized project proposals to win new clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities and client requirements
  • Understanding technical aspects of client requirements and converting them into actionable deals
  • Working closely with the technical team to align client expectations
  • Handling the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal
  • Maintaining client communication and follow-ups to ensure successful onboarding


Required Skills:

  • 6 months to 4 years of experience in

    online bidding

    or

    IT business development

  • Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, and similar bidding platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency a must)
  • Basic understanding of

    Web Development

    ,

    Mobile App Development

    , and

    UI/UX Design

    services
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them effectively
  • Strong negotiation and client handling skills
