About the job: We're looking for a sharp, confident, and results-driven professional to help drive Ellement Co.'s retail growth and brand visibility across Mumbai and PAN India. If you love building strong client relationships and have a passion for the beauty industry, especially nails, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and onboard new retail and salon partners across Mumbai and India. 2. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and retail outlets. 3. Create and present impactful business pitches and sales decks. 4. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute offline brand activations. 6. Monitor retail sales performance and suggest strategies for growth. 7. Travel to different cities for retail expansion and brand collaborations. Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Proven experience in making and delivering business/sales pitches. 3. Strong client servicing and acquisition skills. 4. Comfortable with creating and analyzing basic Excel sheets and sales data. 5. Open to travel PAN India for business expansion. 6. Interest in the nail care and beauty industry is preferred. 7. Ability to think strategically and execute efficiently on-ground. Note: The position is based at Morya House, Veera Desai, Andheri (W), Mumbai - 53, and involves field work. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industry.
