Job Description:
Demand & Supply planning by considering customer wise demand & work collaboratively with CFTs and understanding the priorities of customers demands and know about the supply concerns for critical backorder products, Supply lead times.
Maintaining the orders discipline by coordinating with Customer and Plant PPIC.
Analyze the demand on monthly basis and share the updated demand with plant PPIC for planning.
Discussing with PPIC, QC, QA and warehouse departments for proper planning, timely releases and Shipments on day-to-day basis.
Coordinating with RA & Packaging development team for artwork approval.
Maintaining documentation related to shipments file, customer related Agreements, open order reports and Inventory reports.
Logistics Planning:
Considering the Inventory, planning the shipments., both sea & Air by coordinating with logistic team.
Involving the logistics team to provide them with the required documents for on-time clearance of the shipments and monitoring of the shipment status till it reaches the customer warehouse
3+ years experience in SCM / BD /Marketing from Pharma industry
