About the Team

The S&D vertical at Ninjacart is focused on the farm to retailer business of procuring from farmers and delivering to retailers - ensuring that farmers get paid the right price for their efforts and that retailers are able to get market quality produce delivered at their doorsteps.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & managing retail outlets efficiently, in the assigned area Maintaining good relationship with the customers
• Collecting feedback from customers & communicating with the relevant teams to improve customer experience
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
