All our projects are being developed for Cloud and presently utilizing almost all the different cloud services from AWS viz. the normal EC2 services, Dockers, Micro-services, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS and many more.

Job Summary:

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach targeting US-based prospects
  • Identify decision-makers and influencers in mid to large-sized organizations
  • Understand customer pain points and propose CRM solutions that meet their business needs
  • Schedule product demos, walkthroughs, and meetings with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with pre-sales/product teams to deliver customized presentations
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce)
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel and convert them into long-term clients
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets
  • Stay updated on CRM trends, competitors, and evolving customer demands in the US market

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 3 years+ of experience in

    international sales/B2B SaaS/CRM product sales

    (preferably US market)
  • Experience in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and sales closures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral accent
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable explaining CRM features to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate value propositions clearly
  • Experience using sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Zoom Info, or Lusha
  • Willingness to work

    full-time US night shifts

    (as per Eastern or Pacific Time Zones)

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Previous experience selling CRM/SaaS products (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Freshsales)
  • Familiarity with inside sales metrics and B2B consultative sales approaches
  • Exposure to IT/ITES client environments and CRM use cases across industries
