Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:

    Identify and generate offline leads for junior college programs in the assigned Hyderabad region through targeted prospecting.
  • Local Market Mapping:

    Research and map high-footfall schools, tuition centers, and competitor locations by analyzing student and family needs in Hyderabad's education landscape.
  • Site Evaluation & Support:

    Assist in shortlisting and evaluating potential properties for center expansion, including site visits, data collection, and initial negotiations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Build strong relationships with school principals, tuition hubs, community leaders, and parents to enhance brand visibility and drive leads.
  • Enrollment Drives:

    Promote new centers via schools and communities; organize and execute local events, seminars, and info sessions to boost awareness and inquiries.
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting:

    Maintain a robust prospect pipeline in CRM; track outreach, visits, and status updates; provide weekly progress reports to management.
  • Market Feedback:

    Collect insights from students, parents, and partners to refine sales strategies and customize center offerings.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Regional Expertise:

    Deep understanding of Hyderabad's education sector, local market dynamics, and B2C field sales trends.
  • Sales Acumen:

    Target-driven, energetic, and persuasive; prior experience in education sales, business development, or field sales in Hyderabad strongly preferred.
  • Communication Skills:

    Fluent in Telugu and English; excels in presentations, negotiations, and relationship-building across all levels.
  • Initiative & Resourcefulness:

    Self-motivated problem-solver comfortable with independent fieldwork in a fast-paced, target-oriented startup/scale-up environment.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Basic skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MS Office for reporting, planning, and presentations.
