Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, and online sales techniques.
  • Identify potential clients and build relationships with them to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct field sales activities to meet with existing customers and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in BDE role or similar position.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
