The RoleYou will be responsible for : Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing marketsDeveloping quotes and proposals for clients.Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionArrange business meetings with prospective clients; meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phonehave a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about themliaise with the finance team, production and logistics departments as appropriateInnovate the strategies of improving the way the business operatesresearch and attend seminars, conferences and events to build the business's network and profileKeep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customersPlan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategyWork with sales and marketing teamsTraining personnel and helping team members develop their skills.Take responsibility for the entire sales for assigned team. Outbound calls, follow-ups.Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients.Fulfilment of Sales quota monthly via New Sales acquisition.Pro-actively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; Site visits and closing deal by regular follow upsIdeal ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales role, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You have working knowledge of lead genrator, Business Development, Sales Strategy, Market Analysis and NegotiationYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardLinepro Controls
