Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to follow up on qualified leads generated by our marketing team and convert them into sales opportunities or clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build relationships quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively follow up on leads shared by the email marketing and inbound teams.

Call, email, or message leads to understand their needs and qualify them.

Present the company’s products/services effectively to generate interest.

Convert warm leads into clients or schedule meetings for senior sales reps.

Maintain accurate and updated records of lead interactions in CRM.

Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Meet or exceed monthly conversion targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead conversion.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,149.95 - ₹43,718.09 per month
