Job Description We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in business development within the IT services domain, with strong knowledge of digital marketing , web development , and SEO . She should be highly skilled in handling international clients , managing online bidding platforms , and closing deals independently. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and secure projects from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHou r, and AppFutur a. Build business via LinkedI n, Faceboo k, and other social media channel s. Prepare and present winning project proposal s, timelines, and cost estimates. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closur e. Conduct detailed client requirement analysi s and engage in pre-sales discussion s. Explain technical services, including Web Developmen t, Mobile App s, Digital Marketin g, and SEO , clearly and effectively. Interact with international clients via calls, email s, and virtual meeting s. Build and nurture strong client relationships for long-term busines s. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales target s.
