About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative and operational support to the Director. 2. Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, and both domestic and local travel. 3. Travel with the Director when required to attend client meetings, site visits, or events. 4. Monitor the implementation of departmental strategies and ensure timely follow-ups. 5. Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director. 6. Manage documentation, reports, and presentations. 7. Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. 8. Demonstrate proactive thinking and initiative in overcoming challenges.
