Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities: Business development executive

• Identify, approach, and onboard potential B2B partners such as educational consultants, coaching centers, and academic institutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners to increase engagement and student referrals.
• Conduct presentations, webinars, and meetings with potential partners to pitch Kanan.co's offerings.
• Negotiate and finalize MOUs or collaboration agreements with partner institutions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for partner acquisition and lead generation.
• Regularly follow up with partners for student inquiries and ensure timely support from the internal team.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to provide training, marketing materials, and updates to partners.
• Maintain accurate records of partner data and activities on CRM tools.
• Attend education fairs, networking events, and seminars to represent Kanan.co and expand the B2B network.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or channel partnerships (experience in the education sector is a plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage targets, and build long-term relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Willingness to travel if needed
