Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive, you will help our organization remain competitive and grow by maintaining profitable key client relationships with existing clients/accounts. You will as well ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities. Thereby bringing major strategic impact on the long-term success of the company. Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth of business accounts. Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients through networking, research, and direct outreach. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients based on their evolving needs. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction. Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve offerings. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and build new relationships.
