Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from internal databases and other sources
  • Identify and qualify leads in the textile, garment, and allied industries
  • Understand client requirements and explain our products and solutions clearly
  • Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into active clients
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and client updates
  • Coordinate with the production and sales teams to align customer expectations
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversion
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold brand values in all interactions


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet targets under deadlines
  • Familiarity with textile or B2B sales is a plus
  • Basic computer and CRM skills preferred
