Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our Gurgaon office. The role involves making outbound calls, converting leads into business opportunities, and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients. If you have a flair for sales and want to grow with a leading name in the textile industry, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from internal databases and other sources Identify and qualify leads in the textile, garment, and allied industries Understand client requirements and explain our products and solutions clearly Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into active clients Maintain accurate records of all communications and client updates Coordinate with the production and sales teams to align customer expectations Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversion Represent the company professionally and uphold brand values in all interactions Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills Ability to multitask and meet targets under deadlines Familiarity with textile or B2B sales is a plus Basic computer and CRM skills preferred
