We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who can independently drive client acquisition in the software services domain.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business development for IT services and resource augmentation, with ownership of lead generation through closure
• Identify, approach, and engage decision-makers such as Founders, CTOs, and Engineering Heads across global markets
• Consistently generate qualified leads through outbound channels including LinkedIn, email, referrals, and partnerships
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and position appropriate service offerings
• Manage proposals, follow-ups, and negotiations to move opportunities toward successful closure
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear stages, regular updates, and predictable outcomes
• Work closely with leadership to meet agreed revenue, growth, and client acquisition goals

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software services or IT services sales
• Strong understanding of offshore delivery and resource augmentation models
• Experience working with international clients across geographies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability
