Position: Business Development Executive (IT Services)

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled BDE with 2–4 years of experience in IT/web development sales. The ideal candidate can convert leads into clients, handle cold calling, and independently manage client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for web development & IT services
• Handle outbound sales (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc)
• Understand client requirements & coordinate with the technical team
• Build strong client relationships and meet sales targets

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding of IT services and outsourcing
• Confident in cold calling and handling sales independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,665.12 - ₹43,814.40 per month
