IT-Focused Business Development Executive (BDE)

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  Proactively research, identify, and target new business opportunities and key decision-makers (C-level, VP of IT/Technology) in alignment with our ideal customer profile.

• Pipeline Development:

  Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, social selling) to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

• Technical Communication:

  Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our specialized IT services.

• Appointment Setting:

  Successfully schedule qualified meetings and initial discovery calls for the senior sales team.

• CRM Management:

  Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Achieve Quotas:

  Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion and meeting generation.

• Experience:

  2-3 years of dedicated B2B sales or Business Development experience

  within the

  IT Services, Software, or Technology sector

  is mandatory.

• Technical Fluency:

  A solid understanding of key IT concepts (e.g., SaaS, Cloud Computing, Digital Transformation, Software Outsourcing models).

• Communication:

  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone presence and the ability to engage senior executives remotely.

• Remote Work Proficiency:

  Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a

  fully remote environment
