Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base.

If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to promote our financial advisory services
Understand customer needs through effective questioning
Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries
Maintain and update customer information in CRM software
Coordinate with the clients and set up meetings for the field sales team
Maintain proper logs of calls, leads and follow-ups

Required Candidate Profile:

2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales
Excellent communication skills in Tamil/Kannada, English and Hindi (mandatory)
Confident, target-driven and experienced in handling customer calls
Experience in Finance / Banking / Insurance / Investment industries preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel and call-tracking systems
Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Business / related field preferred)
