Job Description

You are a motivated professional with proven inside sales or telesales experience, responsible for connecting with students, corporate clients, or prospects to drive enrollment or service adoption through engaging outreach. You possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in inside sales, telesales, CRE, or Counsellors, with prior experience as a Student Counsellor or Academic Counsellor strongly preferred. Experience as a Travel Consultant is considered a plus. Your excellent communication, rapport-building, and interpersonal skills will be crucial in this role. Proficiency in using CRM tools, along with familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management, is expected. Your strong organizational skills and ability to persistently follow up will be essential for success. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities from educational and corporate sectors, conducting proactive outreach via cold calls and follow-ups, building and maintaining strong client relationships with sincere rapport and consistent engagement, maintaining detailed CRM records, tracking pipeline metrics accurately, preparing sales reports and revenue forecasts for management, collaborating with marketing or product teams to refine messaging, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and support throughout the sales journey.
