Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to promote and expand our Industrial IoT and Energy Management Solutions. The role involves identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales in manufacturing, energy, logistics, and other industrial and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical understanding and sales expertise to effectively communicate the value of our Industrial IoT products and services

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities in targeted industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, partner and retailers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the energy management and IoT sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver IoT-based energy management solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored IoT solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market penetration objectives.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies in IoT.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industrial expos, and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales / business development, ideally in Industrial IoT Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Industrial IoT applications (e.g., SCADA integration, sensors, data analytics, smart meters and cloud platforms etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
