Key Responsibilities

  • Handle sales requirements by contacting prospects/leads both by phone and WhatsApp to understand their requirements
  • Inform them about our products/services or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database/CRM.
  • Support the order processing where necessary.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Generate revenues
  • Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information.
  • Share the details with the team lead/management; provide suggestions from time to time.
