Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate leads for business loans, personal loans, and home loans through regular field visits and establish strong market connections.
  • Conduct 4–5 meetings with customers or partners each day to maintain a healthy and consistent lead pipeline.
  • Develop and manage B2B partnerships, particularly with real estate builders for sourcing Home Loans, and collaborate with platforms such as JustDial, trade directories, and local businesses to generate business loan leads.
  • Visit customer locations to assist with documentation, carry out verification processes, and complete closing formalities as required.
  • Strive to achieve monthly sales targets, thereby contributing directly to the organisation’s overall business growth.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide valuable market feedback and insights on competitors to the management team to aid in strategic decision-making.
