The center offers a wide range of comprehensive eye care treatments, from routine eye tests to complex vision and eye-related problems like Cataract, Retinal detachment, and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at ICLINIX Advanced Eye And Retina Center. The role involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Business and Communication skills
• Experience in Account Management
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0 - 6 Months of experience in business development within the healthcare sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
• Experience in a Healthcare is Plus
