The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals Identify new market opportunities and potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of strategies Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable business deals Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project management Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field Strong knowledge of software industry trends and market dynamics Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop and execute strategic plans Strong project management skills Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and implementation Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 21/06/2025
