Role Overview

BDE

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Growth

  • Drive B2B and B2C lead generation through networking, referrals, and brand outreach.
  • Pitch Heseos solutions to

    builders, architects, interior designers, and dealers

    .
  • Ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved through focused client engagement.
  • Work on both

    project-based and retail automation solutions

    .
  • Prepare

    quotations, proposals, and technical briefs

    in collaboration with the Pre-Sales & Technical Team.

2. Dealer Network Development

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture

    dealers and system integrators

    in assigned regions.
  • Monitor dealer performance, provide periodic sales training, and maintain relationships to increase monthly throughput.
  • Build a

    strong regional ecosystem

    for home automation adoption.

3. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

  • Collect real-time insights about market demand, competitor pricing, and technology trends.
  • Work with the marketing team to align campaigns based on regional buyer behavior.
  • Maintain an updated

    market intelligence report

    for management review.

4. Relationship Management

  • Maintain active relationships with architects, builders, and developers.
  • Conduct regular

    site visits, demos, and walkthroughs

    of automation solutions.
  • Represent Heseos in regional exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

5. Strategic Reporting

  • Maintain

    weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales MIS reports

    .
  • Report leads, conversion ratios, project progress, and revenue forecasts to the Sales Director.
  • Collaborate with accounts and operations for order execution and payment follow-ups.

Performance Metrics

  • No. of Builder/Architect Partnerships
  • Region-wise Growth Contribution

Requirements

  • Education:

    Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    24 years

    in B2B/B2C sales in

    home automation, electricals, lighting, or consumer electronics

    .
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across cities for client and dealer meetings.
  • Proficiency in

    Excel, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
