Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in a remote, commission-based role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to expand our client base by identifying and acquiring international clients. The role is performance-driven, with a 20% commission for every client successfully acquired.

Complete training will be provided to ensure you understand our business model, services, and strategies to engage and onboard clients effectively.

Compensation:

  • 10% commission for every client successfully acquired.
  • Unlimited earning potential based on performance.

For example: If the client contract value is 10,000, you will earn 1,000 as your commission.

Job Details:

  • Employment Type: Remote
  • Work Timings: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM (IST), with flexibility based on performance.
  • Reporting To: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Identification:
  • Research and identify potential international clients in target industries (e.g., startups, small and medium-sized businesses, tech firms).
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and business directories to generate leads.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Initiate contact through cold emails, calls, and social media platforms.
  • Present Havizo's offerings in a clear and compelling manner tailored to each client's needs.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to establish trust and credibility.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the client acquisition process.
  • Proposal Development:
  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations highlighting how Havizo's services align with client objectives.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and update progress in CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates on outreach and acquisition efforts to the management team.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the internal operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for acquired clients.

What We're Looking For:

Educational Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably with international clients.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing clients in a professional setting.

Skills:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus.
